You can request deletion of your Bonded Lagree account and associated personal information by emailing info@bondedlagree.com.
Use the subject line “Bonded Lagree Account Deletion” and include the email address associated with your account. You can submit this request without installing or signing in to the app.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify that you own the account. Do not send your password or full payment card information.
After verification, our team processes the deletion through our administrative access to Mariana Tek. Deletion means removing your account and associated personal information, rather than temporarily disabling or freezing your account.
We will confirm completion or explain any applicable legal retention requirements. Account deletion removes your access to the account and its booking history.
Access, Corrections, and Communication Preferences
You may review and update available profile information through your account or contact info@bondedlagree.com for assistance.
You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
To stop receiving marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link included in those emails. We may continue sending service communications relating to your account, purchases, bookings, or requests.
